Most buffering is caused by internet/Wi-Fi or device limits. Try:
- Use Ethernet (or 5GHz Wi-Fi) if possible
- Lower quality from 4K → FHD temporarily
- Restart router + device
- Try a VPN if your ISP throttles streaming
7What internet speed do I need? ▾
Recommended minimum:
- HD: 10+ Mbps
- FHD: 20+ Mbps
- 4K: 35+ Mbps
8How do I setup on TiviMate? ▾
Open TiviMate → Add playlist → Choose Xtream or M3U → Enter details we provide → Save → Update EPG (optional).
9How do I setup on IBO Player? ▾
Install IBO Player → note MAC/Device ID → send it to us → we activate and upload your playlist → restart app.
10EPG not working — what to do? ▾
Refresh EPG inside your app, check time zone/device clock, and re-load the playlist. If it still fails, message support with your app name.
11Can I renew my subscription? ▾
Yes. Send your current username (or a screenshot) and the plan you want (1/3/6/12 months). We renew without losing favorites in most apps.

Check internet connection, verify username/password, confirm URL is correct, and ensure your subscription is active.
