This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available, what is not refundable, and how to request support for an order.
Refund Rules

You may be eligible for a refund only if the service cannot be delivered or cannot work due to a technical issue on our side, and our support team is unable to resolve it.
- Request must be submitted within a reasonable time after purchase.
- You must provide proof of purchase and your account/order details.
- You must cooperate with troubleshooting steps (device/app/internet checks).
2) Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not provided in these cases:
- Customer changes their mind after activation.
- Wrong app/device purchased without checking compatibility.
- Internet/Wi-Fi issues, ISP throttling, or local network problems.
- VPN/proxy issues caused by the user’s VPN settings or slow VPN servers.
- Service already used for a significant period after activation.
- Account shared or used on more connections than allowed.
- Loss of access due to user actions (password sharing, device bans, app modifications).
3) Troubleshooting First
Before approving any refund request, we may ask you to:
- Restart your device and router
- Try a different IPTV app (TiviMate, IBO Player, Smarters, etc.)
- Test on another device
- Use a VPN only if needed (and choose a fast nearby server)
- Send screenshots/videos of the issue
4) Partial Refunds
In some situations, a partial refund may be offered if the subscription has been used. This depends on usage time and the reason for the request.
5) Refund Method & Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically returned via the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider/bank and can take several business days.
6) Chargebacks / Disputes
If you open a payment dispute without contacting support first, your account may be suspended while we review the case. Please contact us first so we can fix the issue quickly.
